Penis tip discomfort, looks different, not erect

Back again. Sorry, I've asked a number of questions here because I have just a weird set of symptoms I have been feeling. Quick back story: About 1 month ago I had protected contact w/ a SW (vaginal/oral) followed by hand with no protection. Two days after, felt burning, redness, and drip down there. Also had tons of diarrhea and burning in abdomen - likely guilt as married. Prescribed 1 dose of Suprax and Zpack. Next day noticed white tongue. Took nystatin after that. Have felt itchiness and temporary rashes since then (could be candida - who knows). Took full panel STD tests at day 3 and 14 all negative. Complete blood work at day 27 all normal (included HIV again). NEW SYMPTOM NOTICED: As I'm thinking about it, I feel general discomfort at the tip of my penis. More so when I have to go pee, but haven't actually peed. No burning. Just almost like irritation. Also, noticed my penis looks stretched and droopy (with a larger vein going through it). Normally, I wake up in the morning erect, but haven't since the incident. Any thoughts on what the discomfort, visible changes, and limpness could be?

A droppy penis is not an std symptom neither is a larger vein.

Thanks Dave. I'm just not sure how to resolve this. Google searches suggest things like ngu, balantis, urethritis. I'm not sure if any of that can be found via the blood tests I've done. Just scared I have some kind of bacteria, parasite, fungus, or something. Is there a better forum to ask these questions?

Dave - Hope you had a nice holiday weekend. I wanted to follow up with you to see if I could get your advice. The burning in my penis tip and after I urinate is becoming persistent. I have negative chlamydia and gonorrhea tests at 34 days. I've been reading about NGU and MP. What are your thoughts on that? Can that be passed through protected sex?
