Pimple or STD

I was tested in August and again in September and negative across the board. Yesterday i noticed a 1mm bump at the area where the foreskin meets the head (i am circumsized). Well i thought it was a pimple so i was able to pop it when stretching the skin and a small amount of white pus came out. Now it seems to be a very small open sore with clear fluid. Could it be a pimple that i popped and now is healing or is this syphilis??

Thank you, could you clarify if there is a difference between the 2? I popped the little bump and a small amount if white puss came out, now its just a small 1-2 mm open sore with clear serum. Would this be an std or just a pimple that is healing after being popped.
I did, syphilis are painless raised bumps, what your describing is a pimple
Thank you very much! Thats a relief. I was worried because after popping it its become a very small ulcer with clear liquid and i just wasnt sure.
