STI risk from touching / gloved fingering

Hi everyone.

Three days ago I made a huge mistake. I was curious to know what it was like to be fingered, so I arranged online to meet a bisexual man to do so. He wore a rubber glove on the hand he used, and fingered me for about 5 minutes. He used his other hand to masterbate himself, but his penis was covered by a condom. When I ejaculated the tip of my penis touched his tongue for a split second. That was the only physical contact we had.

Today I have cramps and pains in my abdomen and legs and I am terrified I have managed to catch and std.

Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of risk I was at?

So I had a urethral swab and a urine test. Get the test results next week, but the swab showed no trace of Gon / Clym. Is a urethral swab after 6 days likely to be accurate?

You were fingered with gloves and he wore a condom.  You guys were super safe.  Which is great.  You are definitely over thinking and over anxious.  A quick touch of your penis to a tongue is unlikely to transfer an std.  Sexually active people and especially those who do so with strangers they meet online should always be routinely tested.

Thank you for you response. I thought I was being careful with the glove and insisting he wore the condom. I am more worried about the potential oral exposure, however brief it may have been.
