Please help, i dont know what im dealing with.

About two months ago i recieved unprotected oral sex for about 30 seconds before i stopped it. Immediately the next day the tip of my penis was itchy and started to have dribbles when i pee. 4 days in i had cloudy urine and went to the Dr. Got tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and UTI all came back negative. I have slight redness around tip of urethra...no more itching and no swelling ever occured. Dribbling happens occassionally still and random cloudy urine. I also started to have a slight discomfort in lower left abdomen area. I dont know what to do or what it could be. Dr. Charged me 600 to tell me nothing wrong...but something is obviously not right. Any ideas?

Hi your stomach issue is not any std symptom nor is cloudy urine nor is dribbling and i agree with your doctor as no std shows symptoms the next day anyway.

Dont think it is a bladder infection? Only logical thing i can think of is a false negative on UTI that since it has been two plus months developed into a bladder infection. And swelling of either the urethra or bladder would, cause the dribbling.
your bladder cant get infected from oral sex and symptoms of uti is white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating
Any idea on any problem? Whether sti or not this isnt normal for me and is new since the encounter.. Im 26 no prostate problem. I get no STI shows the next day, im just clueless and just want to know what to deal with
whats problem are you concerned about.
The fact that i have a weak urine stream, causing dribbling whem i try to finish and pee where i dont, empty my bladder, redness at the tip of,my penis and the discomfort i have next to my bladder in the upper pelvic/ lower ab region. Everythimg except the latter has been 2 plus months and is not normal but is not supposedly an STI or UTI. But,untreated both can lead to bladder infection. So i want,to know,if 1 doctor was wrong, or 2 if someone else has been through this and can give me insight on what i might be dealing with
Have your prostate checked
