Possible STD Symptoms?

Yesterday I woke up and my vagina felt sore -- It wasn't very noticeable and it took a few hours before I thought I needed to check on things down there. I saw two small raised bumps with white heads on them on my inner vaginal wall. They weren't bothering me that much and I was able to go to work that night without a problem.
That was yesterday, but now today I checked on the bumps again and they seem to be going away rather quickly. The white heads are no longer there and they don't hurt at all. What should I do? Does this sound like a possible STD?
