Possible exposure to STD/STI with high risk individual

Hello,

I just want to clarify I noticed a LOT of worried anxious men ask very similar questions but I thought I would explain my story anyways and see the response.
I’m mid 20s male, athletic, healthy with no known health issues or diseases.

Three nights ago I was in Bangkok and decided to go to Soi 22 street to get a “sexy massage” at a massage parlor. (Well known street) I went in late at night 11pm and picked out my girl. She told me she was 24 and we went upstairs. Also told me later she works at four of the massage shops on the same street.

In the room we took a soapy bath together with very strong soap that reminded me of laundry detergent. She was scrubbing me and cleaning my body and definitely got soap very close, if not in my urethra with her fingers. After a few minutes she started performing unprotected oral sex on me. This continued for a few minutes before we moved to the bed. In bed I fingered her for awhile and she continued giving me oral for a few more minutes until she suggested we do more. In the moment I agreed and I put on a latex condom I brought. It went on correctly and I rolled it to the base. She used lubricant on her which prevented our sex from becoming dry. We had protected intercourse for a good amount of time (20-30 minutes) with no complications. There was no noticable symptoms or bleeding from her and condom was intact for the whole act. Condom did not break or slip off but on the verge of finishing I removed the condom and she finished me with unprotected oral sex but not in her mouth. After finishing she took me back into the soapy bath and cleaned me off.

I made the mistake not asking about her STD/STI status or if she has been recently checked before or after leaving the shop (Unknown std history)

After leaving I urinated shortly after and went home. A few hours after the act I noticed some tingling with urination followed by continous tingling after urination. I assumed it was caused by the soap due to the short time period after the sex act. Symptom of tingling resolved with no other issues after 12 hours or so.

It has now been 72 hours since the sex act (60 houra after tingling resolved) and I now have burning in my urethra first noticed after urination a few hours ago. The burning is constant and worsens just after urination. No noticable discharge except for very little clear sticky discharge resembling precum. No noticable warts or blisters. No flu like symptoms. No additional symptoms.

Summary:
No unprotected intercourse
Protected intercourse 20-30 minutes
Unprotected oral sex (I’m the male getting oral from the female sex worker but no oral sex given to female sex worker)
No noticable bleeding, cuts or sores from either party during/after the act.
No other symptoms present 72 hours after act except for burning sensation in my urethra.

This was my first encounter with someone of such high risk and definitely my last.

I would like to know your opinion on whether  or not STD/STI and HIV is a high concern, and if so how high? I understand there is a low risk “statistically” but each case is so conditional. Would this be a case I need to take immediate action on or should I get checked in 4-6 weeks for a full screen. Please give an opinion of each possible std/sti and hiv. (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Genital warts, hsv-1, hsv-2, syphilis, hiv and NSU)

Thank You
