Black kiss or annilingus to prostitute What is the risk?

It is possible to acquire other diseases such as HPV or Syphilis, etc. practicing Annilingus or Black kiss?
Regarding HIV, I already asked in the other forum narrating my case of having practiced this on a prostitute 3 times at different moments of time without protection, obviously, they told me that there was no risk at all due to more combined factors that have been such as wounded bleeding gums inside the mouth and blood in the anal area or rectal fluids that I may not have been able to notice if it were the case that it was HIV + that prostitute could there be a risk of contracting HIV with the practice of Annilingus or black kiss? I would appreciate all the information possible anyway. Thanks

If the person you are doing this to had a syphilis sore or herpes, it is possible to get that orally. It's far less likely to get herpes from giving oral sex/rimming than it is from receiving it, so I wouldn't worry about that.

If you didn't see a sore, chances are you didn't get syphilis, which is uncommon in most developed countries.

It is possible to get oral HPV, but most strains of HPV that affect the mouth are the ones that don't present with symptoms, and you'd never know you had them.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia are far less likely because nothing is landing in your throat, like it would if you were giving oral to someone with a penis.

I wouldn't worry about this at all.

If you have bleeding gums, see a dentist, but that doesn't really increase your risk here.

Thank you very much for your comment, I would like to know how you are very sure of it or what reliable sources are based to give us these arguments or advice, it is not to belittle your contribution, only that I am confused in this forum so many doctors comment but I have also received advice from community leaders (I think they are not doctors, right?) and I would like to be more sure of these contributions for my peace of mind and of their sources (if they have scientific, empirical or experience base on the subject). Also tell you that after annilingus in a couple of weeks later I had a canker sore on the inside of the lower lips but they disappeared in a few days not big but with an appearance like any canker in the mouth, I did not see an immense chancre as in the photos of syphilis In google but canker sores like the ones that come out to anyone, I don't know if it is related to it or it was just a coincidence of its appearance (I would like to know your appreciation). And also if you could give me your appreciation regarding HIV in my case or should I touch this on another forum because I have received a very blunt response from another community leader regarding that issue (it does not consider the minute details or risk factors other than the practice) but not yet from doctors.
Psdt: I am Peru latinamerica.
I appreciate your valuable time. Thank you very much. God bless you.
Another consultation is it necessary to carry out STD tests?
Is it possible to have contracted HPV without having seen warts in the area? Can I safely practice cunnilingus or unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend if I don't have anything in my mouth? or I shouldn't worry in this case. Greetings
I am not a doctor, and you should question who is giving you the answers. I don't take offense to that. I've worked in this field doing education, and have had herpes for years. I've done my own research, as well. My judgement should never replace your own, except maybe when your judgement is driven by anxiety.

Canker sores are not related to STDs. They can be to stress, though.

It is possible to get HPV with no symptoms. Most HPV infections are strains 16 and 18, which don't present with any symptoms. The chances of you getting it orally are a lot lower than getting it genitally, but it's still possible. I can't give you a great risk assessment without knowing the person's sexual activity, and if they generally use condoms for penetrative sex, etc., but oral sex is generally lower risk for HPV than intercourse.

You answered "It is possible to get oral HPV, but most strains of HPV that affect the mouth are the ones with no symptoms and you will never know you have them." And now she said, "It is possible to get HPV without symptoms. Most HPV infections are strains 16 and 18, which do not have any symptoms. The chances of you getting it orally are much lower than those of HPV. genitalia, but it is still possible. "
This possibility scares me, did you mean that most HPVs contracted in the mouth are types 16 and 18? or am I getting confused, must I necessarily present symptoms to rule out these 2 strains? Or there may also be low-risk strains that have no symptoms and heal on their own.
I had read that most contracted HPVs heal on their own (low risk) with no symptoms.
Is it possible to have contracted HPV without having seen warts or something in the area? Can I safely practice cunnilingus or unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend if I have nothing in my mouth? or I shouldn't worry in this case. Please answer my questions, I was very confused with what he said and with the information on the internet. And I'm worried and scared I appreciate your valuable time.
PSDT: Is it possible to give HPV (both high risk and low risk) to my girlfriend by doing cunnilingus or annilingus, if I do not have symptoms or warts in my mouth? Can I feel safe doing this practice if I have no symptoms or warts? or better avoid this to protect.
Thanks a lot
PSDT 2: Can you get or get oral HPV (both low-risk or high-risk) from deep tongue kissing?
Yes, the strains that affect the mouth the most are 16 and 18. You will not get symptoms of these.

It is possible to get warts in the mouth - usually the throat - but that is uncommon.

https://www.healthline.com/health/hpv-in-the-mouth#symptoms

HPV clears from the body within 2 years in 90% of those infected.

It is possible - and common - to have more than one strain at a time - low risk and high risk.

I can not tell you if it is safe to have oral sex and rimming with your girlfriend. I don't know if you got HPV orally from this person. I don't know if they were high risk, or what their sexual history is, if they got the HPV vaccine, etc. I don't know if your girlfriend has been vaccinated.

Oral sex and rimming are considered less risky for all STDs than intercourse is.

You want reassurance that I can not give you. You went outside your relationship, and there is always a risk when you do that. I'm not judging you, but there are often consequences to this.

"HPV disappears from the body in 2 years in 90% of those infected."
It is also possible that if I have contracted any in my mouth, I can overcome it without realizing it, right? even though they have no symptoms
Is it possible to have contracted HPV without having seen warts in the area? What STD testing do you recommend?
I have decided to do them for the sake of my health and that of my partner.
How do I tell my doctor about the situation? or what tests can I order to help me with both HPV and other STDs.
Yes, you can clear it without ever knowing you have it. Most people do.

I wouldn't recommend any testing. Most experts don't recommend testing after one encounter of oral sex/rimming. Unless this is something you do often, the chances of infection are low, and there is no test for HPV orally, or even genitally for men. (You have no chance of a genital infection, just noting that.)

Telling your doctor is up to you.
"HPV disappears from the body in 2 years in 90% of those infected." A query does this include high risk strains? In other words, my body can eliminate them in case it does not know that I have them or they never show symptoms? If I have not had symptoms of my mouth and throat in years, can I assume that I never got HPV or that my body eliminated them is high or low risk?
Do I necessarily have to have symptoms or signs or warts to rule out high-risk strains? Or I just go on with my life without affecting my mental health without thinking that I may have a high risk for not presenting symptoms :(. What would you do in my case? Excuse the inconvenience and doubts. I appreciate your understanding and valuable time
ALL HPV clears from the body in 2 years in 90% of those infected. If that didn't include certain strains, I'd have said so.

If you haven't had symptoms within a couple of years, you can assume that you either didn't get it, or it cleared. There is no way we can know which of those is true.

High risk strains don't usually give you symptoms. Often, low risk don't either. You have to accept that you just may never know, either way.

If it were me, I would not worry about something I can not control now, and I would stop going outside of my relationship. I don't say that in judgement, but clearly, your anxiety can't handle it.
"Canker sores are not related to STDs. However, they can be stressful." I would like to ask you if I had these canker sores (ulcers and sores are the same?) Relatively shortly after the practices and I had suspicions of oral candidiasis (I noticed my tongue whiter than usual with red dots on the tongue (I don't know if they are normal or I do not know if my anxiety is playing tricks on me because since then I started to check my mouth daily for some signs since they relate HIV to oral candidiasis) adding that I do not have good oral hygiene and I smoke cannabis regularly but I had no pictures fever or intense flu that have kept me lying in bed for days, at most a sore throat and a bad cold on occasion after practices), are these signs to worry about some STD or even HIV? I also practiced deep tongue kisses (she had braces too) with this sex worker, can this practice give me STDs or HIV? would they also have to do with the aforementioned symptoms? . I would appreciate your response to close the Thread and not generate more inconvenience. God bless you Thank you so much for your time
