protected oral sex

I come from China, forgive my English may not be too good
2020/4/17
I had an unprotected mammary intercourse with a sex worker,The genitals touched her hands and breasts,
But I didn't observe carefully whether her body is abnormal,I just feel her areola is very dark,I'm afraid of chancres and genital warts on her breasts,Then I did a protected oral sex with her。
I would like to ask the following questions
1.Suppose she has a venereal disease, do I have a higher chance of getting a venereal disease?
2.Four days have passed, is there any abnormality in the glans, can you rule out gonorrhea and herpes?
3.Do I have genital warts? How long does it take to exclude yourself
4。Will contact with bed sheets infect sexually transmitted diseases?

I'm going crazy, I regret to do this kind of thing, I really need help。
please help!! THANKS ALL

Your questions have been fully answered by our members to the best extent that this, or any online forum can do.  Further questions about your minimal-risk encounter and HPV will need to be addressed with a physician.  As suggested, seeking mental health therapy is a good idea.

Some women have darker areolas. That's normal. It doesn't indicate disease or infection.

It is very rare to get herpes on the breast, and genital warts don't infect the breasts.

1 - You don't get sexually transmitted infections by genital contact to the breast.

2 - Yes, you can rule out gonorrhea and herpes. Gonorrhea never infects the breasts. It's strictly an infection of the genitals or mouth. So is chlamydia (though oral chlamydia is a lot less common than oral gonorrhea.)

3 - You don't get genital warts from genital to breast contact. You don't need to worry about this.

4 - No.

STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) are transmitted by mouth to genital, genital to genital, or anal to genital contact, usually without protection. You used a condom for oral sex, so you don't need to worry here.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!!
You're welcome! :)
Sorry to bother you again, is my chance of getting syphilis high?
No, you used a condom for oral sex. Your chances of getting anything are very, very low.

The only things you're at risk for from getting oral sex are gonorrhea, maybe chlamydia, syphilis and genital herpes type 1.

You used a condom, so that means you can't get gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU.

Using a condom makes your chances of getting syphilis and genital herpes type 1 very, very low. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

There is no risk of STDs from your genitals touching her breasts.

You really don't need to worry about this anymore.

Thank you again, I am really worried. I will not go to sex workers again next time, which is too stressful for my body and mind
Good idea. :)
Hello auntiejessi

Although 23 days have passed, I am more and more afraid of getting syphilis and HPV,
I consulted a Chinese internet doctor and he told me,
Condyloma acuminatum takes 8 months to be ruled out and there is no test program for men。
For this, my psychological pressure is really great, I do n’t know how to face my family during this time。
By the way, I have hemorrhoids. Can I get STDs if I touch the bed sheet?
No, STDs aren't spread by the sheets. You're fine there.

Your chances of HPV are VERY low, as are your chances of syphilis. Please don't spend the next 8 months worrying about something that probably won't happen. You can get a syphilis test at 6 weeks, but the chances of getting that are really low.

And don't worry about your family. Even if you got an STD, they don't need to know, and you can't transmit it to them unless you have sex with them.

Really, it's going to be okay.

I went to the hospital this morning for HIV and syphilis tests. Waiting anxiously for the result, it feels like the Judgment Day
You had no risk for either, and don't need these tests.

They will be negative.

Today I got the test results, which showed negative.
But I tested it after 25 days,
Can i rule out syphilis
Yes, you had protected oral sex. You don't need to worry.

You can rule everything out.
@auntiejessi  THANK YOU!  谢谢!!
Hello auntiejessi,
Are there clinical cases of HPV infection in oral sex?
I'm still very worried about getting genital warts
You had protected oral sex. Getting anything from that, including HPV, which is very unlikely to start with, would be unusual.

Please stop worrying. You have already worried far too much about this. You can stop worrying. You used a condom for oral sex. You aren't going to get an STD from this.
And please talk to your doctor about your anxiety. I think that it's probably not limited to STDs.

I also feel that I have anxiety,
I go to observe my penis and glans every day, always worrying that they will develop genital warts

I paid too much for this and I will never try this behavior again

I consulted the director of the Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and he said that the chance of condyloma acuminatum infection is also very low
But the three-month observation period is very difficult, I think my psychology may be wrong
One night I dreamed that my leg was full of herpes and condyloma acuminatum. I think this may be a mental illness
It sounds like anxiety. I'm not a mental health expert, but I don't think you have to be a doctor to figure out that you have some serious anxiety.

Please talk to your doctor about this. I don't know what mental health care is like in China, but if they have counseling, please get some. Your risk is so, so low that I wouldn't worry for a minute. Please consider getting some help for this. You deserve to find peace.
Thank you for your continuous help. I am alleviating anxiety by playing video games. I hope there will be no symptoms of STDs in three months, thank you again, welcome to China, I will be very happy to receive you

Sorry to bother you again
Three months have passed, and recently I found several small granulations in the groin. Can you trouble see the picture?
Are these granulations condyloma acuminatum
You were already told that we can't tell you for sure what they are, and I agree - they don't look like warts. It looks like irritation or a rash of some kind, but you need to see your doctor for a diagnosis.

You had protected oral sex. Getting hpv from this would be very unlikely.

Have you considered getting therapy for your anxiety?

thank you! I met the doctor yesterday, but did not do acetic acid test. I did not do pathological examination for me. Although the doctor told me that it is not HPV, some volunteers including you also said that it does not look like a wart. But I am still a bit worried. Maybe I need to go to a psychologist.

I also want to know that if I have small granulation in this situation in three months, can I eliminate genital warts? I read on Wikipedia that it takes 3-6 months to completely eliminate it. Or is there any medical method to exclude male condyloma acuminatum.
