Possible sti while receiving a saliva hand job.

Hi everyone, 22 days ago I saw a csw for a hand job, she initially licked my penile head for about 2 seconds before I said stop and said I was here for a hand job, she spat on my penis and used her saliva as lube.  We kissed and I fingered her while this occurred. Everything was fine, until about day 19 I had left testicle pain which has now seemed to have passed it only hurt when I walked or moved the area. Went to the doctor on day 21 and they did an ultra sound and found nothing on my testicles. After that appointment o went back to work and ejaculated at work. After that I started to experience a funny feeling on my penis and when I woke up this morning (day22) my opening of the penile head one lip is swollen and when I opened up my penile hole I noticed a little blister/ sore. I was just seeing if this encounter had any risk involved? And that the sore might be from something else? Or it’s jist in my imagination as I can only see when I put my phone light on it. Have never had an sti.

Could I get herpes or anything else from my experience? Thanks again for your time

A hand job, with or without saliva, is no risk for an STD.

Has your doctor done a prostate exam or any testing like a PSA?

These are some links that explain why hand jobs, or mutual masturbation, has no risk.

Thanks for your time to reply to me, this morning I have just woken up and the tip and entrance is itchy and is red. That’s why I’m concerned. So through what I described there is no possible way to contract herpes or any other stds? I have read the articles but just some reassurance on this new symptoms would be great. Have had a testicle exam and ultrasound and they could not find anything out of the normal
Did they talk about your prostate? What exactly were they looking for on the MRI? The tip of your penis being red and irritated is a sign of prostatitis.

Follow up with your doctor. It's not an STD. There's no way you could have gotten one from what you describe.
No they did not, any thing that may be wrong with the testis, it has been itchy and slight weird pain that comes and goes through out the day. Now I think I have herpes... could I have it ? Or does the scenario I have set out not possible to get herpes. She may have put her mouth on my penis for that brief time. Wouldn’t be longer then 2 seconds
You don't have herpes. You have anxiety and fear, and possibly something wrong with your prostate.

2 seconds isn't long enough to transmit anything.

Stop looking things up on the internet, and follow up with your doctor. Talk to him about your anxiety. Your mental health is as important as your physical health, and right now, neither are in great shape. I don't know if there's a reason that you feel guilt about this encounter, but remember that guilt doesn't equal risk.
It’s just that this morning my penile hole has been extremely itchy and a little bit swollen and with all the frequent urination I think I may have caught something? So there is no chance? Sorry for being a pain!
Extremely worried have gone back to the doctors and he has said it’s possibly chlamidya or gonorrhoea...... could it be? Doing my urine test and have had a swab taken! My wife is going to kill me! Gotta wait until Monday to get my results also....
I agree with AJ here, there was little or no risk in your encounter.  Also, gonorrhoea is almost always symptomatic including obvious discharge.  Do you have sexual health clinics where you are?  If so this could probably all be confirmed in a day or two
So there was a little risk? My symptoms are as follows frequent urination like once every hour itchyness has gone away a bit of pain to my penis when I move around and when I urinate a slight pain occurs and my urine feels more warm then normal if that makes any sense.

From those symptoms could it be something else ? Possible UTI?
Yes, like I said, it could be something with your prostate. It could also be a UTI.

2-3 seconds is really too little time to transmit anything if she did put her mouth on you, which you didn't mention in the beginning, so I'm guessing that's anxiety talking.

The main thing in all of the answers - mine and Iain's - is that you need to see a doctor. Only some testing and exams will be able to determine what it is.
