Possible syphilis chancre

Hello

I recently received unprotected oral. can someone tell me if a syphilis chancre would appear in the inside of my mouth and sting a little bit.

Not unless you gave unprotected oral. Syphilis would start where you had contact with the sore.

So if I received oral sex and not given it, it must just be a mouth ulcer then
