Possibly of STD infection

Hi, I had an unprotected oral sex and protected intercourse with a prostitute back in november, last week. I notice that i'm getting slight burning feel and itch on my penis, i feel uncomfortable and tingling when pulling back my penis foreskin. Penis head seems to be reddish most of the time. Should i go for std test? how long and when will symptom occur for std from last exposure? i do not have fever or any other symptoms. Thanks.

Google balanitis and see if that fits.

Any time you get new symptoms, it should be checked out, but this doesn't sound like an STD. You'd likely have gotten symptoms within days after the encounter, not months later, if you were going to get symptoms, and since it's not causing you any other symptoms, like discharge or sores, I'd guess balanitis, but get it checked to be sure.

Thank you. What worry me is I notice there are few white spots appearing on the head of penis too and smegma seems to build up faster, like within a day, and I'm getting slight itch more often in the day.
That sounds like balanitis, but you really need to get checked to know for sure. No one online can diagnose you without examining you.
Thank you
