Puzzled and scared.

Recieved unprotected oral 4 weeks ago and about 5 hrs later had burning sensation at tip of penis, had a full std test and everything came back ok. I'm still experiencing the burning, The foreskin is tight and seems dry underneath, I've had similar problems when I used to wear condoms as I think I must have an allergy to the spermicide in them but has went away its self after two or. Three weeks. Anyway I didn't have a condom on and it's now 4 weeks on and still getting the burning feeling under my foreskin. It's not sore when I urinate, I've used clotrimazole 1% cream for over a week now as I thought I might have thrush caused by yeast infection.. it does help with the dryness but still have the burning.

Can anybody shed some light on this as its really worrying me ?

May I ask when you say you had a full STD test, what do you mean, please can you name the ones you had done and how you got them...

Thankyou

Chris
