Question about a HandJob and STD

Yesterday, I went to an adult theater where I masterbated myself for a few minutes while watching some porn. A few minutes later a cross dresser came over and sat next to me, she stroked my penis 3 or 4 times. Feeling umcomfortable, I left the room and went to a different room to finsh masterbating and to cum. Today I see some sort of minor cut or irritation on my penis.
What are the chances of catching any type of STD from this 2 minute encounter? Could it be irritated from me stroking it hard?  Thanks in Advance.

There are no risks for STDs from handjobs. Hands do not transmit STDs, nor do STD symptoms ever appear that quickly.
