Quick unprotected encounter

Hi,

I am a man 38 and married. I work for a cable company. Last week 2/24 a woman customer 44 yrs old  came on to me very hard and in my moment of stupidity received less than a minute of oral sex. I stopped this and she was begging me to have sex with her, claiming she's been sexless for 2 yrs. She bent over begging me to just put the tip in.

I put my unprotected penis in her vagina about 2 inches deep and literally pumped twice at that same depth when I freaked out and pulled out. Over come with guilt and fear I immediately went into her bathroom and washed my penis.

When I pulled out I noticed white creamy stuff from her vagina and I checked for for foul odor and it seemed fine. She could see I was freaking out and kept saying she is clean and that she has condoms so lets have sex. I didn't.

That evening my wife was friskier than normal and performed oral and later we had sex both unprotected with me finishing in her.

Since then I've slept very little. Have had no discharge or burning when peeing. However my penis sensitivity is very high. I suspect the 1st 2 days I squeezed my penis too much looking for any discharges and it was very achy. I sometimes feel nothing when I focus on other things but sometimes my uretha feels itchy inside. I had sex with wife 2/27 and my penis felt more sensitive than normal.

The last 2 days I masturbated and my penis feels more tingly than normal and after stopping tonight without ejaculating my uretha itched from tip to base.

I know that I'm paranoid and capable of anxiety symptoms but wonder if I caught something and infected my wife. 2 days ago I felt like I had body chills and cold feet and yesterday she said she had body chills too.

I know that our marriage can not survive a std and hope this is just hypochondria. I had gonorrea as a teen complete with the burning pee and nasty discharge that was all within days of unprotected sex. Is it possible to be reinfected and due to prior infection and being older to not have pain and discharge or would I still have the same symptoms again if infected?

I will get tested this week but want an opinion on my possible risks and disease.

That you.

March 13th I went back for the remaining results from my tests and all were negative.

Since I've stopped worrying and squeezing my penis looking for signs of trouble my uretha fees better too!

Will never stray again!!

Yesterday I went to the free clinic and was tested for syphilis, HIV, chlamydia and gonorrea.  Everything came back negative except chlamydia which will results will be available next week.

Will update then.

The penile swab test is no fun by the way!

Thanks for the responses. I am worried and panicking cause my wife says she feels nauseous and I'm scared it's std related. I'm getting tested today.

hi
the white creamy stuff comming from her vagina is a sign of thrush.
easily treatable with anti fungals. and very common.

Your risk from the time frame is very low. The woman could have had a yeast infection or normal discharge from a woman. I would not be too concerned. I think your anxiety and guilt is making it more of a risk in your head then what it actually is.
