Rash on Penis Glans

I have this rash on penis head that does not go away. I have had problems off and on for year with it. Have used steroid creams which seemed to help, but never went away completely. Lately it seems to have gotten worse. They appear as red bumps, many with a small dimple in the middle. Underneath the glans near the tip there are reddish looking lesions that appear open and glisten. The skin there appears oily or shiny. The sores do not itch, burn or bother me otherwise. Now I think I have a few on my face. I have also used an anti-fungal ointment (clotrimizole), hydrogen peroxides, acne and psoriasis ointments, zinc ointments...all to no avail it seems. Would this be molluscum contagiosum? I have not had sex for two months and used a condom at that time. I do masturbate, use lubricants, etc. I am 62. Any help appreciated.

I went to a doctor today and he thought it was a yeas infection (candiasis). He prescribed a micatin/hyderm  2:1 ointment.

Have you seen a doctor about this?  It sounds fungal maybe, or even like dermatitis.

You might need a prescription cream to get rid of it.

I deleted your pic - please read the thread titled "Please read before posting" at the top of the topics listing.
