Received Oral Sex - what STD?

Hello Everyone,

2 weeks ago I've met a guy of 18 years old. We chatted a bit and then when we when to the restroom of the coffee shop, he decided to give me a blowjob. I ejaculated in his mouth. After ejaculating, i feel like a burning sensation when peeing..i cleaned my penis with tissue provided in the toilet.. Seems like therr were smalls cuts at the front of my foreskin. I went home and the next day i felt very itchy at the penis base. While scratching i saw a scratch on the base. The next day i was diagnosed as covid 19 positive. Mild symptoms and after 7 days I was negative and going back to work. On the 9th day, while having a shower, i saw a small pimple with white head on thigh, one near penis and underarm.. I started panicking. I went to sleep and that night i had chills and night sweats. I woke up with an inflamed throat and phlegm. At 10 am i saw 3 red fluids like pimples on my checks. I removed them from my face. Every night i have night sweats and can't sleep well. Added to that a white tongue with small pimples on the roof of mouth. On the 16th day, the pimples appeared again on my face.

After that i started to feel a hot sensation and discomfort in my right ear.Maybe an ear infection. I'm still having the night sweats.

The guy informed me that he was HIV negative and that it was the first time he sucked someone(dont know if true) and i for me, I ve got sucked by a friend 4 years ago and never had sex after that.

Yesterday at night, I've got an erection and when it went away, my penis remained in a flacid-hard way. Im panicking...

Today(17 Nov 2021, 18th day since had oral sex) i woke up with a papule on my lips. These pimples are really like molluscum contagiosum.

What STDs did i get pls?

So first, if you only received oral sex, your symptoms of an STD would only be genital. Anything you are experiencing on your mouth, face, underarm, etc., are not related.

Some of what you are experiencing could be from covid, and you should follow up with your doctor.

The symptoms you had the following day are not from an STD - no STD appears that quickly. It takes at least 2 days for symptoms to appear. You probably had some irritation from the toilet paper. Toilet paper in public restrooms is notoriously cheap and irritating.

Oral sex is considered a low risk event. Most experts don't think a single act of it warrants testing. The only things you'd be at risk for are gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, syphilis and genital herpes type 1, if you don't already have oral herpes type 1.

None of the symptoms you have sound like any of those things, but if you are so concerned, see your doctor and get tested. That's the only way you'll know for sure.

Thank you very much!  I really appreciate!!

One last question, what about the whiteheaded pimples on the foreskin? What do you think?
They could be oil glands, pimples, or any number of things. You should let your doctor see them. It's very hard for us to determine what bumps and lumps are - there are so many possibilities and many look very similar.
Thank you
You're welcome. :)
