Penile Urethra Itch with No Discharge

Hello to everyone,

I was hoping I will not be back in this forum but it seems I keep sliding back to my vice and I do hope that the good men and women here would understand me.

Now my situation before was I got NGU and went on treatment for doxicycline for 21 days and it worked.

Recently, I had sex with a female sexworker and well insanity kicked in and she allowed me to remove the condoms but that was momentarily only and was able to cum inside after a few seconds. Thing is I am aware that I will be exposed and secondly I wasn't myself again that day and totally regretted it afterwards.

After a month from that event, I experienced severe penile itching but please do take note, even though the itch was abysmal there was no discharge and after 3 - days the itch just went away. However, prior to that maybe some time 2-3 weeks after the event. I was experiencing some similar to mini electric shock feeling on my knees, elbows, forearms, wrists joints and maybe some on my shoulders and biceps.

Which I find unusual but I do suspect it came from some STI or STD I contracted with as how I did felt it when I had the urethritis or NGU.

Can someone help me out to calm my nerves on this? I am really stressed and worried hoping I could get some enlightenment on this. I will be slated to do a checkup this friday as well.

I have been scouring the internet for answers and honestly it doesn't make sense with all the scenarios leading to mild to worst things I could possibly think of.

I can give you some advice for staying away from hookers.  Watch porn and whack it like the rest of us, it's cheaper and you won't catch anything.  Hookers are just not worth it man, it's a quick fix with possible long time or possibly life time consequences.

Hello Fleetwood

Thanks for your repliy but somehow the mini jolt feeling happens sometimes i do workout a lot but I do know the exact feeling when having some muscle problems and i think this one is totally a different one.

Can you somehow advise me what could i be facing?

Also, although the itch was gone there will be a few times where suddenly i will feel a slight pinch in the head of my penis or atleast somewhere between the head and the underside of the penis.

You must therefore test for STDs/STIs and take the appropriate action. Remember that many of the serious STDs/STIs do not cause external symptoms.

What you describe sounds more like stress than anything to me.

Also once I am done with this, can someone give me some advice how I would eventually end coming back to this vice. I hate myself for being too weak when it comes to this thing.
