Received oral sex and kissed a masseur

I am a man, I met a male masseur 5 days ago and kissed him (short, less than a minute) - I touched his penis with my hands, briefly, and at the end, he performed oral sex on me for a very brief while (probably 10 seconds) when I ejaculated. There may have been very brief penis-penis contact although I don't believe so. He claimed he gets tested regularly, but I found out later that he is more than a masseur, he is an escort.

I have had, in the last couple of days, a very slightly sore throat and some clear white discharge while peeing - and have a very mild burning sensation.  I generally drink a lot of water so it is not unusual to urinate a lot, and sometimes in the past I have seen ejaculate fluid in my urine although there has been no discomfort in the past.

The mild burning + discharge has got me worried, it was such a brief encounter, and I was really careful to stay away from his penis.

I have an STI screening scheduled for tomorrow, but am really worried - could this be anything other than an Gonorrhea/Chlamydia, some generic kind of bacterial or fungal Urithritis?

Sorry you are so worried.  Try not to be.  Kissing is not a big deal.  Touching his penis is not a big deal. And then you briefly received oral sex.  I think this older question answered by a top HIV expert, Dr. H. Hunter Hansfield, does a nice job of explaining what the risks of receiving oral sex would be.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/STD-risk-from-receiving-oral-sex/show/669224  The risk is VERY low.  There is a very low risk of herpes 1 to genital transmission.  NOT herpes 2. AND, if you have had cold sores or oral herpes (which half to 80 percent of the population has had), you would be immune to this.  NGU is the highest risk along with gonorrhea.  Your discharge would make me think of NGU.  But it really is not a huge risk and very treatable so try not to worry.

Thank you very much for the response - and the re-assurance! I went to give samples today, I am getting the full 10-panel test done because I am getting paranoid. I need to wait for a few days for the results now.

I noticed earlier today that there seem to be red bumps on the top or my inner tongue. I still have nothing more than a mild scratchy throat (I wouldn't even call it sore, really) and there is a general tingling feeling around my genitals (like I am sweaty but I really am not sweating there). The discharge is not consistent, and after my initial post, it hasn't really been noticeable and the burning while peeing has not been that pronounced (it wasn't severe to begin with).

I don't know if that information about the red bumps on the inner/top tongue adds anything that may change what you think...
NGU still... maybe (which can sort itself out with time)

Potentially this is genital fuelled anxiety where normal feelings are made worse by "fear".

May also be slight inflammation caused by friction something like that causing issues. Your risk is very low and not one be made a big deal of as guitar said. Try to relax!
Just as a matter of follow up: I got the results, and look to be positive for HSV-1. I have had mild ongoing symptoms of sore throat, and ongoing tingling in the genital area, and just generally feel out of sorts. The test itself does not tell me whether this is oral or genital, but I would not be surprised if it is there in both places.

I am awaiting a doctor's visit - not 100% sure what the future holds. There is just too much conflicting information about this (e.g. how transmissible genital HSV-1 may be), enough to drive one crazy...
HSV doesnt usually cause a mild sore throat. Still unsure they are related and you may have had this from another exposure. Keep us updated tho!
Your hsv1 is a pre-existing infection, assuming you were tested with an IgG test, and not an IgM.

It sounds like you tested about 7 days after the encounter - that's not nearly enough time for antibodies to develop. The absolute minimum is 2 weeks.

At least half of the population has hsv1, and 90% never get any symptoms. Many of us get it orally as children and never know it.

If you were tested with an IgM, ignore the results entirely. The test is unreliable and shouldn't be done on anyone except newborns.

If you had ghsv1, it is very, very rarely transmittable, but I doubt you have it genitally.
