45yr old man STI, UTI or Prostatitis?
I had unprotected oral sex for roughly 2mins max about 6 weeks ago. I did not ejaculate. Roughly 4wks after I noticed my urine smelled horrible and was cloudy. I then got a fever with chills. The urgency to urinate soon followed and now 6wks later I have a burning sensation. Some back and pelvis pain. NEVER any discharge.
Test positive for high amount of white cells. Low nitrates. I was prescribed bactrim while waiting for full results. 2x/day for 21 days. It seems to be helping.
Could I still have an STD?

Test came back negative for std, but positive for E. coli uti. Prescribed 500mg Cipro for 21 days

yes that would be from the gastrointestinal track down to the urethra not from oral sex.
Test for HSV 1 IgG & IgM ASAP. If IgG is positive & IgM negative then you already have antibodies. If IgM is positive then it's new infection. Most doctors advice patients to test after 90 days. But the above is to know your status now.

Do you think it's possible to have HSV with no visible symptoms (blisters/sores)?
Hes talking about herpes but none of what you mention are std symptoms and getting any std from oral sex is extremely low
