I cant find cause of urethritis/prostatitis, please help

Hello, it s been more than 4 months since i had protected sex with a prostitute after which i applied hand anthyseptic all over a glance of my penis (i did this on airport before my flight and left it for a couple of hours before i came home).I v been through hell since than, the next day i felt urgent urinating, my penis was inflamed and red, especially tip of my penis was red. After a week or so i even felt pain in my lower abdomen and burning in urethre. Urologist gave me single dose of azithromicyn and since my simptoms were still present he gave me 10 days of levofloxacin. After a month a had test on all stds plus fungal swab, everything negative except hpv (genitype 56), and Streptococcus pneumoniae in prostate. I finished anthibiotics for streptococcus but still have symptoms sometimes during a day, mostly evening, or 1 day mild symptoms and 2 days harder (swallen tip of my penis,moisture on tip after urinating,  burning in urethre, sometimes feel pain in lower abdomen). Is it possible that hpv causes this or leftowers of strettococcus? I would aporeciate any advice as even doctirs do not know hot to help me... Is it possible that i damaged skin on tip of my penis so musceus cannot fight against bacteries so that can cause problems from day to day? What other tests could you reccomend, i read about cystoscopy, is that something i should ask for? Thank you in advance, please help
