Risk of HPV infection from receiptive oral

Hi, I'm 30 yrs old male. 9 weeks ago I had an encounter with Masseuse, it was a brief receptive oral from her (around 20-25 secs) and there was no other activities involved at all. I want to know the risk of HPV transmission from this oral encounter. Today morning I noticed a small bump on the penile shaft, before I noticed, this bump was inside the skin since many days but now it has raised. It doesn't pain but irritates while taking bath (while scrubbing). My doctor told initially it looked like infected cyst, however he said there are chances of HPV so he asked me to wait for couples of days and see if it changes and opens. Actually it looks like an pimple for me. And I have had such bump even earlier during my college days when I was not sexually active. Can you please help me understand if it's really possible to get infected with HPV from this brief encounter. I'm really worried.

You can get HPV from oral, though chances are lower than from genital intercourse.

Given that it was so brief, I'd doubt that's what happened here. You probably have a cyst, like your doctor said, or a pimple. Not everything that happens on the genitals is related to sex.
