STD, PPP, friction burn, or something else?

Hi there,

So I had an unprotected one night stand a week and a half ago, 10 days to be exact and I'm a little stressed I might have something. Before I explain my symptoms, it might be important to note that while it was a one night stand, I've known the girl for quite awhile, about 5 years. We've talked off and on, but never did anything because we live in different cities. Well, this one night she happened to be in my city and we met up late at night, both drunk, and had unprotected sex. I know she's pretty sexually active, so I made sure to ask if she was clean (that night, a couple days later, and a couple days after that just because I'm paranoid and needed the reassurance). She says she is clean. I do somewhat believe her because although she's very sexually active, she's also very responsible. She told me she gets tested after every new partner.

Ok, now for the symptoms... The shaft of my penis was very sore for about 6 days, while the tip has been sensitive with the occasional slight sting since the night. It's also important to note that she gave me very vigorous oral and the sex was rough. Because I was fairly drunk, I could not get fully erect, so this caused my penis to bend a little during sex. While the soreness went away after about 6 days, the sensitivity on the head stayed for about 8. Upon which, I decided to masturbate. This immediately caused the sensitivity to come back and occasional stinging to come back. I then noticed around the rim of my penis it was a little dry, so I decided to put vaseline on it. This helped it feel better, however later that night I noticed very very small bumps under and along the rim of my penis. Not all the way around though, just on the top side. They're skin colored for the most part, though some have a slightly reddish tinge. I can't say I've noticed them before, but they're so small that you need a light and have to be really close to see them. They're completely unnoticeable to me when I stand up straight and look down.

I stopped using vaseline, and have kept the area clean. Now after about 2 and half days of that, I can still see them when I look close and they look the same, though it appears they may have subsided a bit. They don't hurt to touch, but I still have a very slight sensitivity on the head itself, but I can't pinpoint an exact area.

I'm wondering if the little bumps are PPP that may have gone unnoticed until now that I'm looking closely in the area? Or could it be an STD? Or maybe a friction rash from the rough oral, hand job, and sex that got re irritated when I masturbated? Or maybe something else?

Some other side notes... I got sick 2 days after the encounter and it lasted a couple days. I notice sometimes after I pee, my penis leaks a little bit within 20-30 mins after, more so when I'm sitting down. I got scared it was some sort of discharge, but it's just urine it looks like. This may be something that always happens, but I never really feel it. Now that the tip is sensitive, it's kinda like I can feel it coming out. Also, there's a slight sting, after I pee. It does not sting or hurt while I'm peeing, only after, and it's very minimal.

Lastly, I'm a very paranoid person. I've been googling symptoms ever since the encounter. Admittedly, the tip of my penis feels more sensitive when I thin about it. I've also been licking around my lips to feel for any bumps, which has caused them to become dry and red, so I've been using a hell of a lot of chapstick. There's no bumps or blisters though thankfully, just stupid red lips.

Any insight you have into what this might be is greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!

You should not experience any symptoms with ppp.

That's what I figured. I've been researching balanitis and it seems more and more like that's what I have. I have an appointment with a urologist to confirm. Thanks for the help.
Let us know what happens. Best of luck.
Thanks! It's a minor case of balanitis and the doctor told me to try some jock itch cream for a week or so to see if that clears it up. Today is my first day of using it, so nothing to report yet. I also got tested for STDs to be safe, I should get my results back within the next couple of days.

I understand that, just looking for information to educate myself. If it is PPP, is it likely that the papules/glands can get irritated from the type of encounter I had? If so, will the irritation and sensitivity eventually subside or is there anything I can do help speed along the process?

Is it possible for it to go away on its own? I'm afraid to put anything on it since it seems like the vaseiline made it worse.
Vaseline will make it worse. You need a antifungal cream. It might go away on its own if you keep the area dry as a desert and clean. When I say dry I mean blow dry after a shower and paper towel off even urine dribble after using the rest room
