Please help me assess my risk - worried

I had condom protected sex with an escort, both vaginal and oral twice 4 weeks ago.  I wasn’t concerned at the time because it was protected and the condoms didn’t break.  The escort gave me oral to get me to a full erection so the condom was loose at first and then for a bit during vaginal. So, that made me concerned although it never came off the tip.  What concerns me now is that my longstanding girlfriend began having severe UTI symptoms shortly after I had sex with her after this encounter.  And, I began noticing some abdominal and low back discomfort over the past few weeks as well.  I have had a routine scheduled physical in the meantime and the urinalysis showed no WBC or nitrites. Also, I have not noticed any discharge or pain during urination.  Until today, when taking a bowel movement I pushed hard and then saw some dribbling afterward which I initially wiped away but noticed a few spots on my underwear right after as well.  Maybe that has more to do with pushing so hard - and this is likely all in my head, but wanted your opinions.  Thank you.

No risk here. Your mrs UTI is totally unrelated to this event.

That is normal and alot of men get it (including me). It is from the stool and body putting pressure onto the prostate causing a release of seminal fluid. Nothing to be concerns about.

So you’d recommend no testing necessary?
Nope as all the "risks" you mentioned were protected.

Sure there is a small risk of syphilis and herpes but I would not worry about that. Even if you did have it, it wouldnt cause your partners symptoms :)

So no, I would not worry about testing in the absence of symptoms here and move on :)
