STD Risk from Sex with a Prostitute

Hello All

On Jan 20 I had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute. I met her through some website called Backpage. We both had protested vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. We both licked each others genitals.
I don’t have any discharge coming from my penis.
I just have a sore throat from 2 weeks. I am checking my body daily due to anxiety and get worried with any pimple or bump anywhere in the body.
Its been more than 3 weeks now. What should be the symptoms I should have by now If I contracted something?
I am a married man and really concerned about my life with my wife.
Shall I get tested or its okay as I don’t have any symptoms so far.

3 days back my doctor tested me for Chlamydia and Goono and said they were negative. He did this by taking swab sample from Penis.
He said no other test is needed as I don’t have any symptoms. The girl with whom I had sex didn’t had any sore on her mouth or genital area also.

Chlamydia is not known to be transmitted through oral sex. Sometimes, the syphilis sores can be inside the body, so even if you didn't see any of them, your skin could have been in contact with them inside that lady's mouth. Go to test as Dave said.
Thanks for your reply!
But can she have a herpes opening in her mouth too?
I am very much concerned about any std I might have contracted?
Why my doctor is assuring me that I need not to worry?
Also Do I need to throat swab test also?

Hi since your married having symptoms is not important, whats important is exposing your wife to your exposure and your exposure was syphilis, herpes, gonoreah, NSU and HPV. test at the appropriate window period for your wifes protection. as below
1. syphilis---6 weeks
2. herpes---3 months
3. gono and NSU 7 days
4. there is no test for HPV in men.
