STD/STI contraction?

Hi I’m a 23yo male who has been celibate since December of 2017. Over the past few months I’ve had symptoms similar to those of an std culminating last week when I had a really bad cough with chest pain in my upper right side and noticed blood in my mucus. Currently I don’t have the cough but do have to clear my throat resulting in more bloody mucus. I’ve had random body pains but mostly in my thighs and legs a burning that almost feels like my legs are about to cramp as well as digestive issues, I’ve noticed my body won’t digest corn anymore. My palms do a weird spotting with red and clear spots sometimes, also I’ve had no fever. I’ve previously gotten checked for a std 3months after my last encounter and came up clean but I’m paranoid because my symptoms keep worsening. I’m due for a checkup and X-ray in a couple days, but I’m wondering if anyone is aware of what this might be?

What's your risk exposure? What sex did you do?

We did oral and vaginal sex. I’m not sure what I could’ve been exposed to
Protected vaginal sex? It doesn't seems to be stds related.
No protection
Your symptoms did not sound STDs related. Did your STDs test include for HIV and (maybe) hepatitis? Since you did unprotected sex, it's better to get it tested. If that's ok then it's probably nothing related to sex.
