STD SYMPTOMS?

Hello so I received unprotected oral and got tested for HIV at 4 months it was negative and at 6 months for all STD’s including HIV, everything is negative I’m experiencing like a ringing sound in left ear and pain right in middle of my spine and tailbone. Idk if these are any symptoms of a STD? And also should I be tested for anything again? Or are all my tests 100% conclusive?

You don't need to do any tests at all for a single occurrence especially from oral. The odds are in your favour. But to answer your question, it's conclusive and you are free from STDs and HIV.
