STD by a handjob?

So I am a 19 years old Male and I had a sexual encounter with a 22 year old male.(my first time not his) It was mostly kissing and rubbing bodies but no genital to genital contact. There was mutual masturbation were some pre ejaculate was exchanged and we ejaculated on each others chest. Are there any STD risks here?

Mutual masturbation is never a risk.

Here are some posts from our experts (when we had them) that may help -

STDs are in general difficult to catch, even with sexual intercourse. But this is not an excuse to have sexual relationships without condom.

Sexual fluids on the skin would never lead you to catch any STD, but if those fluids touched your mouth, genitals or anus, there would be risk of chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis. Also, if one of the partners is affected by herpes, there is risk of transmission by touching the lesions herpes produces on skin (visible lesions).

I have read your answer doctor to this question of handjob ....but as per your speech that if fluids touched gential may it infected by std
I have one case that i rubbed my penis to her vagine but both of us were wearing underwear ..and both of us got orgasm fluids which may touches our gentials
May i got infection by std ?
STDs don't infect through clothing.

When talking about infections transmitted by fluids, those fluids have to enter your urethra. This won't happen with underwear on. If you have further questions, you should start your own thread so we don't take this one over.
