I am 35 m.

Are there any STD's, that I could get from giving cunnilingus, that would give me symptoms in my genital area.

I am married and gave oral to a female sex worker and now have tingly/itchy feeling in my urethra.

Are there any STD that I could contract from giving cunnilingus, that would give me symptoms on my genitals?

Or am I just paranoid and suffering from a psychosomatic or unrelated condition?

Thank you for your reply. Please can you clarify, that it is not possible for me to catch an infection orally and then for that infection to travel to other parts of my body, specifically my penis? thanks
