STD from prostitute handjob wherein she used her saliva to lubricate

Male here. Five weeks ago, I got a handjob from a streetwalker. No condom. Only lasted two minutes, max. While I have read throughout this site that a handjob is considered safe, I have not seen much mention of saliva. She spit in her hand twice and rubbed it on me, including the head of my penis. I had my own saliva already on my penis, but hers was a lot. Is my risk of getting an STD suddenly higher because of this?

The only symptom I am having is slight itching sort of inside my urethra, five weeks after the encounter, but other symptoms such as whole body itching make me think I am just having a severe stress reaction to this episode. No burning, no pain, no fever, no discharge. So, what do you think?

Hi, hand jobs are zero risk for any std, saliva or no saliva.

Thanks, Life360_Dave! Since you're a "Community Leader" here, I feel your answer carries a lot of weight. Your profile supports this, too. However, I have to ask: are you a doctor? If not, I would love to hear from any doctors around here. Seems if a person has herpetic whitlow on their fingers, they could spread herpes fairly easily.  Best regards!
Meh, I just read Dr. Handsfield's explanation of why STDs don't spread via handjobs here (https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/Vaginal-fluid-on-hand-touched-inside-of-condom-and-head-of-penis/show/1119533) and that pretty much cleared it up for me. No worries. Thanks, Dave!
