STD from unprotected rimming
I went to an Asian massage parlor a little over a month ago. I received protected oral sex on my penis but she did rim me unprotected for about a minute. I did have irritation from wiping but no other issues and I was showered. No penetrative sex acts unprotected just that.
A little over a month later and my doc said I have thombrosed hemorrhoids and in my head I have syphilis or this is related. Is this even a possibility from that act? I’m just looking for peace of mind because I’m crazy when it comes to stuff like that. I appreciate any help.

No, it is not syphilis. Syphilis may mimic other diseases, but no doctor on Earth would confuse anal chancre with hemorrhoids. Hope it puts your mind at ease.
