STD help

Hello I had unprotected sex about a week ago and I have been experiencing some signs that I think is an std. First off the night I had sex was very uncomfortable for me. The woman I was with didn't seem to get wet enough for me. There was a lot of friction and it seemed hard to put my penis through. There was no oral from me given just vaginal intercourse. The day after I noticed my penis was red along with my testicles. Days later I noticed three red dots near the left side of my penis by the base. I started to worry then and convinced I have herpes. Some time later the three dots seem to get bigger then I checked later that day and they seemed to be back to normal but still red around that area. I waited a bit more and I'm starting to feel something between my inner thighs and since reading on symptoms I think it's the start of herpes.  So a week later my symptoms are tingiling in the thighs clear discharge from my penis and red skin with very slight iching. Idk if it's my over thinking but I feel tingiling in the lip and other random places. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow. Anyone have an idea of what I might have.? How can you tell if it's a burning feeling?

I haven't gotten my test results back yet so I still don't know if it's herpes or not but for about a week I've been getting the tingling in the thighs with a bit of burning I guess and today my right leg felt like it hurt or was crapped with tingling there. I haven't been had any sores or blisters yet so I'm wondering if it's herpes? I have been taking doxycycline since I was tested and read that it can cause leg pain. Am I havering side affects or is it herpes? Can anyone shed some light here kinda freaking out

Yeah I figured. I went to the doc today and got blood and swab test done. Now just have to wait for the results. Thanks for the comment.

I also forgot to mention that I had some pressure on my penis and my testicles hurt a bit. The pressure on my penis didn't last long but I feel like moves to different places on my penise. From the left to the head.
