STD infection due to brief oral sex

Hi - About 5 days ago I had brief unprotected oral sex with a escort. It lasted less than a minute. Before that she did give a massage and kissed on some areas of back and chest but not on lips. I developed severe soar throat about 2 days ago which does not seem to be improving. There is no other symptom of any blisters in mouth or toungue. However I do feel slight irritation in penis - or maybe it is due to extreme anxiety and guilt and overthinking - I don't know. There is no redness or Leison on penis as such. What are my chances of having caught some STD with above encounter and what more symptoms should I be looking for?

Hi oral is low risk and symptoms would be white puss discharge and burning while urinating or genital sores that would appear about a week later. Yes your over thinking.
