STD of Mouth

Hello just wondering my tounge is a little swollen underneath and I'm having dry mouth what std could I have from performing only oral sex? I'm guessing it's my salivary glands at the floor of mouth/base of tounge. Thanks

Forget about chlamydia, syphilis or herpes.

As stated this doesn't sound STD related.

Oral was done about 5 or six weeks ago, I know it's not HIV but I was told it could be oral Gonorrhea, clamydia, syphilis, or even herpes. If not any of those then have you heard of any other illness that could cause those symptoms also including burning mouth/tounge? Thanks for the advice/opinion
