STD on Scrotum?

For about 2.5 weeks, I’ve had 2 spots on my scrotum about the size of a penny or a bit smaller. They only itch if I touch them or if I sit and the spots rub against my underwear, and I’ve had no other symptoms. There seems to be discoloration on the spots. If I scratch too much, I have seen a bit oozing. I had two sexual encounters (about 2 months ago) but I am not sure if those put me at risk for STD's. One, the guy gave me a handjob and oral on my testicles. The other, I gave anilingus and oral (testicles only). Any ideas what I could have? Thanks!

Sin in that area is really sensitive, and the own physical action of performing oral sex and licking could be the response. Definitely is not an STD. But you were exposed to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes through the oral sex, so it would be interesting to test as follows:

-3 weeks after the exposure, for gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the exposure, for syphilis, and if you get it negative, repeat it 3 months after the encounter, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the encounter, for herpes.

Anilingus can expose you to these ones as well, but it's also a source of other infections like E.coli and Giardia.

Hi. I got tested yesterday but at the end I realized I didn't get tested for herpes. Only for the others . Should I go back and get tested for herpes? Based on the activity I had... Thanks!
