If the head was in front of the person's mouth for a few seconds, there is no risk. STDs aren't airborne. (If I'm reading this correctly, you want to know the risks if the masseuse was breathing on the head of your penis for a few seconds. Let me know if that's incorrect.)
Saliva doesn't transmit STDs, either. To spread STDs via the mouth, you'd have to have direct contact with either a herpes sore or a syphilis sore, or your penis would have to come into contact with someone's throat, where gonorrhea would live if someone is infected orally. (It's possible to get gonorrhea from oral without deep throating, because the penis typically goes pretty far into the mouth even without deep throating.)
A brief introduction of saliva wouldn't transmit any STD, and it's unlikely that any got inside the condom anyway.
