STD risk one night stand?

Hi all, after being in an exclusive long term relationship for 3 years with no protection, I started sleeping with someone else with condoms and unprotected oral sex (both ways). We're both interested in having unprotected intercourse with each other. I got tested a few weeks ago, and because I had no symptoms and two partners for years, the doctor only had me test for Chlamydia. It came back clean. I stopped seeing my new partner for a bit, had a one night stand where a guy went down on me (I did not on him) and we had intercourse with a condom, but I did not let him finish. He briefly touched his bare penis to the entrance of my vagina even though I told him to use a condom, I stopped him and made him put one on. My partner and I reconciled and still want to have unprotected sex, he is going to get tested soon. But how concerned should I be about having gotten something from the one night stand? There were red flags like he was kind of drunk, took a condom off to pee and wanted to reuse the same one (I made him use a new one), tried to have unprotected sex with me although we had just met (we both said we were clean), and wanted to use oil. This makes me think he doesn't practice safe sex. I did not see any lessions on mouth or genitals. So, oral sex on me, one second of his bare penis on the outside of my vagina, condom intercourse, no ejaculation, no visible lessions. Should I get retested (for Chlamydia or more?), or can I have safe unprotected sex with my new partner once his results are in?

Hi touching his bare penis like you describe is really no risk at all but having protected sex is a risk for syphilis and herpes so if your concenred about your now partner test for both for is protection.

Thanks, but doesn't syphilis take 90 days to show up on a test, and herpes can only be detected when you have a breakout?
