STD risks from HJ and Anal fingering?

Greetings

I received a hand job from someone close to a month ago. During the handjob she pulled her hand away and slid a finger into my anus while I was also touching her anus. When she began to massage my anus, I took my hand away from her anus and touched my penis (which had lotion on it).

I have occasional pain in the head of my penis (but only on the head), as well as irritation between my butt cheeks and sometimes in my groin. My testicles are also occasionally tender/sore. The sensations/pain I'm experiencing only seem to come and go, but have lasted for around 3 weeks since the encounter.

There hasn't been any discharge or pain during urination. Also no visible bumps or lesions. No flu symptoms either. I went to urgent care at about 8 days after the encounter and did a urinalysis that came back negative. Doctor said the opening around my penis head looked irritated, but she didn't see any reason to be concerned. I was offered an STD test, but she seemed doubtful it was related to that.

My question is, is there any risk involved with this scenario? Should I be concerned about the symptoms I described? Is this just my anxiety getting the best of me?

Thanks

Thanks. What about my hand from her genitals to my genitals? Is there any risk of herpes?
No, no risk at all. Herpes is spread by skin to skin contact (as in genital to genital) and requires some friction.

Here are some posts about mutual masturbation (touching each other) from our experts (when we had them) that may help -
