STD testing after unprotected oral?
Hi, i am male 26 years old. Recently i had sex with a female escort. I had unprotected oral sex and anus licking (both giving and receiving). We also had protected vaginal and anal sex. During oral sex i ejaculated in her mouth 2 times. If i do not show any symptoms, is it recommended to have a STD test? If i don't have a test and i get asymptomatic Gonorrhea which is rare, how will i be able to know it?
