STD

Hi doctors, can someone please help me... Had 1 girlfriend before, and i have one now... Last month she told me she had a vaginal discharge and sometimes her vagina is itchy when after urinating. So she went to OB to have a Pap Smear, physically the doctor said it is normal. We requested for gramstain and waited for the result, to my surprise, the doctor told us she has a gonorrhea, this is the results :
    PMN-Few
    Epithelial Cells-Many

Gram (-) Coccobacilli - Many
Gram (-) Diplococci Extracellularly - Few
Gram (+) Cocci in Pairs - Some

i believe she didnt cheat on me, and i never never cheated on her. never had sex before with my ex girlfriend, she was my first and so i am to her...

how could she have acquired this? and also, our last sex was last september or october... is it possible to acquire this from other things... thank you...

Gonorrhea is a STD can only be aquired from sex. I don't see a gonorrhea test above.
