STDs from oral sex

Dear sir,
it's been 47 days since i received oral sex from a girl at a local bar and since then i've had some problems. Itches on my penis (rarely), a bit of redness (after having sex), a pain i can bear in my left testicle and leg and a sensitivity on my lymph nodes (now gone). Anyway, i went to a doc 7 days after the incident who saw me and said evth's fine! I then went to 2 docs (14 and 21 days after the incident respectively) and they told me that i'm ok too, except from being nervous and that std's are rare through oral sex. I was so anxious that i had a general urine test (which was perfect) and a urine culture (hope this is the right word), where again evth were perfect! I ordered a sperm test fro chlamydia, which was negative and now i'm waiting for the blood results for HIV 1 and 2 (i know is one in a million), for HepB (i'm worried about that), for syphilis (longshot again) and HepC (not a chance, right?). Anyway, i think that i will order a sperm culture too just in case! What i wanted to ask is that since i've had cold sores since 1999 or something and since i check on my penis everyday and no signs of herpes have been found, is it safe to say that i didn't get HSV on the genital area? Are 47-50 days a period of time that conclusions can be safely said? I'm worried 'cause after the incident with that girl i had a cold sore (20 days later), which lasted a couple of days (fenivir and zovirax saved me again) and now i have a cold sore again. Do you think that i have to worry and what is the chance of being infected by HSV since 47 days have passed with no herpes signs? Most sites (and the docs that examined me) told me that 30 days is the most (with no HSV signs). Then you are 90% HSV clean. Thank you for your time and please excuse my english.

HSV questions belong in the herpes forum.  But you do know that stress and anxiety can cause you to have outbreaks right?  You have had negative testing, and 3 doctors tell you that you do not have an std.  After all this time, you are clear.  It is your anxiety causing outbreaks.  Please refer to the herpes forum for any other questions.  And std's from oral sex are rare.  Don't you think more of us would have gone to a doctor for it and the cdc been notified if it was otherwise?  Think outside of the box.
