STD's without sex

Sorry, wasn't quite sure where this question belongs. A couple weeks ago was the first time I had sex of any kind, it was oral. I provided cunnilingus for my girlfriend. To my awareness I was perfectly healthy at the time and as I said, I had never had sex before that point. But now she's complaining about a soreness in her vagina that just occurred, (not actual sores, but more of an ache) and all around her pelvic region. She also says her bladder hurts and that she's peeing alot more frequently. Looking up her symptoms we were both pretty sure that what she had was a urinary track infection, but she's still paranoid about it. I want to be able to assure her that I'm 100% sure its nothing worse than that, but I've never actually been tested for STD's before. I didn't think I'd need to seeing as how I had never had sex, so I guess my question is a three parter. What STD's can you get without having sex? Of these, which would show no symptoms in the host (as i feel no symptoms and never have)? And of these, if any, which can be transmitted orally?

Also, are there any other infections that could be causing this that I might have (and be unaware of) that could be passed on through sex, but aren;t typically classified as STDs?

I would have no clue. And no one else would be able to give you an answer to that question.

She's going to a doctor soon, I just wanted to see if i could put my mind at ease here. I had a cavity at the time which my dentist said was infected, but I didn't think that would affect her. Is it at all possible that it could be in relation to that? If so I would imagine it would be a minor bacterial infection if anything, but like i said, im not a doctor.

1. You can not have a STD if you never had sex

Tell her to see a Dr, it is not STD related from you.

Oh and in the interest of full disclosure, she also performed oral sex on me. I don't imagine that would have any bearing on her current situation, but im not a doctor.
