STI from Hand Job?

I received a hand job from a massage parlour.

A few weeks later I felt an ache in my testicles and a very light itchy sensation at the tip of my penis.

I did a urine test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, this was through a walk in clinic.

The tests came back negative.

The ache in my testicles and the very light itchy sensation at the tip of my penis continues now and again so I went to see my doctor.

The doctor took a swab or penis for testing. Results will be 7 - 10 days.

I'm worried that:

a) have caught STI from hand job
b) first urine test did not pick it up (no sexual contact with anyone after hand job)
c) what else could it be if not STI?

Sounds like irritation due to the handjob and focused axiety. You had zero STD or STI exposure
