STI from Skin to Skin contact?

Can you get Chlamydia or Gonnorreah from skin to skin contact? Also, what is the risk factor of getting it if I was literally penetrated for a second and then he pulled out? Meaning, he literally inserted himself once, and then pulled out right away. I’m afaraid because I have discharge, a slight smell, and I think there was blood in my stool.

Skin to skin is no risk.
Penetration is a risk.
Please go see doctor.
