STI or something else

So, my symptoms started about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I noticed my scrotum and the bottom half of my penis were very dry and started to flake off. Two days passed, and this opaque thick white stuff appeared on my testicles and had a not so pleasant fishy smell (something I have never smelled before). I took a shower, and all the dryness I experienced was gone (I though maybe the skin peeled itself off). However, this happened again a few days ago. I took a shower again and it was gone.

About three days ago, I decided to buy an over the counter anti fungal cream (Lotrimin). I thought the opaque white stuff was some thing like a yeast infection or scrotal dermatitis because I tuck (look it up) my penis daily for 24 hours a day (on top of when I work out), so I thought the very moist environment of my genitals being squished together caused this. The same day I bought the anti fungal cream, a red non painful bump appeared on the base of my penis. I just assumed it was part of the yeast/jock itch/scrotal dermatitis thing.

As of today, the red bump is still there ( no pain), an there was no dryness or the opaque white stuff. I took a shower this morning to just keep the area as sanitary as possible. The dryness and opaque white stuff seems to come back after my genital area gets "moist" because these both returned after a few hours after my shower and did stuff around the house. The opaque white stuff seems to flake off when I try to rub it off. It looks like my skin is flaking off. However, my skin is tan, and the stuff that comes off is whitish opaque in appearance. The rubbing causes no pain, it just helps to get the stuff off. The stuff still has a very unpleasant fishy smell.

I started to look up different STD's and I am scared it could be more than just a yeast/jock itch/scrotal dermatitis infection. I should say I did have oral sex with a few guys about 3 or 4 weeks ago . However, I did not swallow any of their fluids. Also, I gave the oral sex, and I do not have any sores in my mouth that I can see or feel. So, I am confused, if I do have an STI, how it would have gotten down there.

My symptoms (In total): dry scrotal skin, thick white opaque "stuff" on scrotum, and red bump (nothing is itchy, I don't have pain urinating, no discharge from penis, nothing that is fully associated with any STI or yeast infection)

I am planning to get tested on Monday for anything, but I need an opinion on what it is to calm myself down because I became very nervous when the bump appeared.

Sounds like balantis or and jock itch to me. No std would transfer from you mouth to your own penis unless you self inoculated yourself

I looked up balantis. Is it possible to get this even though I am circumcised?
