STI risk from mutual masturbation and testical lick?

I’m in a committed relationship with a woman but recently got naked with a man and masturbated. We touched each others penis with our hand. I don’t believe our pensis ever touched. At one point, regrettably, he leaned down and licked/sucked my balls while I masturbated. He did not suck or lick my penis. Is there any risk of STI on any of this. Particularly worried about herpes? Can I resume normal sexual activity? He assured me he’s 100% clean.

As long as there are no sores, the risk is zero
However some stds can be spread through skin contact. Eg. Hpv
