STI testing done wrong?

I was tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea a week after I received oral. My only Symptom is Frequent urination/ urgency. when i was at the clinic, the instructed me to do a midstream which i thought was odd, they also gave me the 1G of Azithromycin just in case it was something. I came back negative but i decided to retest 3 weeks later to be safe, these were also negative. I guess my question is: would the midstream affect my results and is 3 weeks too early to check? would the antibiotic cause a false negative at that point?

No not too early your exposure was low risk for any sti oral sex is considered safe sex. Your negative results and your low risk exposure Make it unlikely you got sti, your symptoms could easily be a coincidence or due to anxiety
