Scared out of my mind - Protected sex with a sex worker

Hello, I am a 22 year old male.
On dec 31 in the dominican republic, at about 2am after some drinks, me and my friends went to a brothel. My friends and the woman in charge of the brothel insisted that they are clean and test all of their girls every 3 months. I had protected vaginal sex with a caucasian prostitute there.

At first, I didn't take a proper look at her, but afterwards I saw a horizontal brown scar running almost entirely through her panty line, which I think is a c section scar.

The woman licked my penis to lubricate and then placed a condom supplied by her on my penis, it was put on properly, but it felt slightly loose fitting around the ring. We had vaginal sex for about 25 minutes and changed positions a few times. At one moment I noticed the ring of the condom was halfway up my shaft, so i pulled it back. Lastly, she was on top of me and I came inside her. She got off as soon as i told her. I checked for any sign of breakage on the condom and there was none. Most of the semen was on the tip, but some was sliding down the shaft, still inside the condom.

3 days after I developed a sore throat, runny nose and slight symptoms of the common cold.
The sore throat cleared up 2 days after.

I took some STD tests at 5 days out of fear. My results were as follows:

HBsAg             NEGATIVE
HIV 1/2 AC       NEGATIVE
VDRL               NOT REACTIVE
HERPES I & II IGM 1.22 *
HERPES I IGG         <0.9
HERPES II IGG <0.9

6 days after my encounter I had a burning/tingling/ticklish sensation on my penis, and went to see a dermatologist thinking it could be herpes. He told me that he saw no signs of herpes, and that I shouldn't worry about the positive IgM. He said I have an UTI, and also said that taking a sample of urine was not necessary and gave me Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2*3 days, and Ketoconazole 200mg for a week.

I've been having a low fever that comes and goes, constant headache, nausea, loss of appetite, and loose stools.
I've also had some cold sweats and trembling at night.

It has been 12 days after the encounter now and the UTI symptoms have gotten better, but my bladder still burns sometimes. I have a feeling like the common cold is coming again.

I am extremely scared, my questions are as follows:

- What are the chances of contracting HIV from this encounter?
- Since I got an UTI from this, could I have gotten HIV too?
- The ring slid about halway up the shaft and then i pulled it back down, is there any chance that some vaginal fluids got inside the condom during that time?
- The lab said any values that were above 1.1 were positive, should I really not worry about the IgM?
- When should I get tested again?
- Are any of my symptoms ARS or caused by anxiety?

Sorry for the long post, please any answers would be appreciated.

Im sorry, im not an expert but igm is a recent infection as my doctor told me! Did you tell your dr about your exposure? Did he tell you what type of hsv that came back positive for igm?? You can retest just to be sure after 3 months to see if your body build any antibodies for the virus(wich i hope not), in that time you can 100%  not worry about it.
