Hey doc about 4months ago I had unprotected sex with a women I barely knew 2 days later I started to become itchy on the scrotum and bottom penis area I seeme to urinate more frequently an it seems to always drip a lil more after I'm done. I got loose stools and my feces became very bad smelling...this continued for about a month first I thought yeast infection but doctors tell me it's not the scrotum continualy stayed red and kind of a leathery look when I go to sleep at night it seems to be fine in the morning and just o back to what it was now I've been waking up with lower back pain which sometimes shoots to the left...after that I kinda developed a lump in the throat like feeling and still continuely have really foul smelling stools..Like a week ago I developed (3and a Hal momths into this) a pimpel on my scrotum which was on my hair folicil and i popped it an it healed in 2 days my scrotum continuing to bed red and sorta irritataed when pushes together by my legs I am wondering if you know what this could be is it STD related? Thank you I appreciate any responses

it's not likely std related. continue to follow up with your providers to try to get better answers.

this is not the doctor's forum - you have to pay to post there.

did you have any std testing done at all yet?

foul smelling stools and diarrhea are not due to std's.

see your regular provider for your symptoms for further work up. if they aren't able to figure out what is going on, see a GI specialist.
