Sex with a prostitute - When and what should I get tested?

Tonight I failed myself and my girlfriend. I slept with a sex worker and now I'm at the mercy of chance. I have read a few questions and answers which are similar to my own, but wanted to give the specifics of my situation:
I received rough unprotected oral sex which resulted in me getting a cut on my penis. I ejaculated in her throat.
I received unprotected analingus.
I had protected vaginal sex.
The sex worker in question had a large cut on her lip which she said was from a car accident one week ago.
In my panic when I got home submerged my penis in listerine - I know this probably just resulted in a burning sensation, but I haven't been thinking clearly tonight.
Anyway, how soon/often should I get tested? What am I at risk of? And can I have any kind of unprotected sex with my girlfriend in the mean time? Bearing in mind there's no way I can explain an STI to her considering we were both tested when we met 3 years ago.
I'm not looking for peace of mind, just the facts. Thanks for reading.

I am not an expert , but I read so much infirmation about STDs.Here is what I know :
If it was unprotected oral sex , it exposes you to syphilis, gonorhea and chylmidia.HIV, usually, is low risk, but in your case she had a large cut.But unless she was bleeding, I do not think it is a big deal, and also it is a really small chance that the sex worker has HIV.
Washing your penis and dipping it into listerine does not make STD protection.STDs are protected during sex only.In that case , you might feel some burning feeling and also irritation in your penis, which might confuse you that you catched an STD.And also hide the STD symptoms. The most important thing to watch for now is whether if you have discharge from your penis(not precum).
Also , it makes HSV(herpes) easily to transfer when she has an open cut(but when she has open sores , it is even more contagious).
Here are your facts , but then if we look realistically:

1.Sex workers in my opinion have less chance to acquire STDs because they are getting tested regularly.Since they are also people , and care about their health as well.Even if they have it, they are treated very fast.
2.Even if she had HIV , I have been told from a professional that the chances of transmitting HIV is very low through oral sex that practically you would be the first one.The cut makes risk higher, however ,if her mouth had no visible blood and was not full of blood(dripping), again, it is really low chance. And then you also need a big cut to catch the infection.

Wait at least 10days(or 14) before getting tested.Do not have unprotected sex with your girlfriend. Not even unprotected oral.
Overall, I think you are fine , and do not be anxious about it.Watch for the REAL symptoms :

Burning when peeing
Discharge
Sore throat
High fever

Do not be anxious, otherwise you will create your symptoms, just like I did with my previous experience.Everything was and still is OK.

Thanks for your response. I'll try to stay calm, and I'll keep an eye out for those symptoms.
