Sex with multiple sex workers on one night, afraid of stds

Me and couple of my friend were on a five day trip to Berlin. On the 14th of september we decided to visit local brothel. I had protected sex there with one of the girls. We used condom, i kissed her onto neck a little bit and rubbed her clit and she masturbated me without condom, i didn't ejaculate. We tried sex again with new condom after that but still no ejaculation.

After that me and my friend decided to go to a another brother. More expensive and a lot more girls. There was a bar where we were drinking and i was pretty drunk. I saw a girl i liked and went to a room with her. We had protected sex for about thirty mins but didn't ejaculate.

After that i was still pretty drunk and i think i ordered one more drink from the bar after that. I saw couple of hot blond women talking to each other and they asked me if i wanted to get a room with both of them and i said yes. I had threesome with them for more than thirty minutes. I received uprotected oral sex from one of the girls or both im not sure and gave oral sex to both of them. But everything else was protected and no anal sex. I didn't ejaculate.

My lips are dry, sore throat and lungs hurting (I smoke) and a small cough, itching and pain in my testicals, left testical is hurting on and off, red rash on pubic area. all of these symptoms are getting better by now and could be result of other things but still worried and think i should get tested.

Hi with the condom you could not get std,s like gono and chlamydia and you giving them oral sex is about as low a risk as can get. Test for herpes and syphilis only if you have a long term partner or if you start to develop mouth or genital sores in the next week or so.
